Warranty Policy

Products manufactured and distributed by Casper can only be warranted in the event of the defects determined by manufacturer.

Warranty period for wall-mounted air conditioners (ON/OFF products, Inverter products) is 36 months from the date of purchase (but not exceeding 40 months from the date of manufacture) for whole sets and 120 months from the date of purchase (but not exceeding 130 months from the date of manufacture) for compressors.

Warranty period for portable air conditioners is 12 months from the date of purchase (but not exceeding 18 months from the date of manufacture) for whole sets and 36 months from the date of purchase (but not exceeding 42 months from the date of manufacture) for compressors.

Warranty period for commercial air conditioners (Floor-standing products, cassette products…) is 24 months from the date of purchase (but not exceeding 30 months from the date of manufacture) for whole sets and 120 months from the date of purchase (but not exceeding 130 months from the date of manufacture) for compressors.

Do not scratch, repair, erase Warranty Card. In case of problems, please read carefully and follow the instructions in User manual before calling our Aftersales Center.

Products manufactured and distributed by Casper can be warrant at all Casper Authorized Aftersales Center nationally.

Charged Services:

  1. No Warranty Card or Invalid Warranty Card (Model name or unit serial in Warranty Card do not match with products; Warranty Card information is not completed…)
  2. Damages caused by accidents, natural disasters, floods, lightning, improper transportations, harmful chemicals.
  3. Products are out of warranty period.
  4. Product is sealed at a place outside Casper Aftersales System.
  5. Customers must pay for shipping charges. (if any)
